The Association of Imathia' s Agricultural Cooperatives is the joint venture of eight Agricultural Cooperatives (Producer Organizations) of Northern Greece. The Cooperatives as well as the Association are located in the Prefecture of Imathia, Region of Central Macedonia, Greece, an area with a wide tradition in the cultivation and processing of Fruits. All members are certified with the most important Quality Certificates such as AGRO 2.1 - 2.2, GLOBAL GAP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, BRC and IFS and they are fully following the food safety specifications of the abovementioned certificates, as well as European Union's legislation. The Association constantly cares about environmental issues by following a responsible policy, preserving all natural resources and taking special care of the usage of chemicals, pesticides and their residues. Additionally, we are committed on the continuous implementation of the quality and food safety protocols while meeting the requirements of each client.
