Assa Greek honey is a premium, artisan honey brand founded by beekeeper Dimitris Tanoudis in 2017. The name Assa comes from the ancient city of Chalkidiki, located near Mount Athos in Northern Greece. The apiaries are placed today near Pyrgadikia and the forest areas of Chalkidiki, ensuring the bees forage far away from pollution and intensive agriculture. Our honey is 100% raw, unpasteurized, and sustainably sourced from the pristine, sun-drenched landscapes of Greece. Because we prioritize traditional, low-intervention harvesting, our honey retains all of its natural enzymes, vivid aromas, and powerful health benefits.
